Classes
Cycling: Indoor cycling class simulates flat and hill training by using varied body positions and resistance. Improves cardio. Increases strength and endurance. Simple stretches follow. All levels welcome, ride at your own level. Please bring water! * Reserve a bike in advance at the front desk (6 spots per class).
“B FIT”: Low Impact aerobics, “Rebounding” gentle bouncing on mini trampolines. Improve cardio endurance, increase joint flexibility, and stimulate/improve immune system. All Levels welcome. *Reserve a space at the front desk.
Tai-Chi: Low impact. Improves focus and balance. Increases energy! All levels welcome.
Circuit Training: 1 minute stations that challenge your muscles with the use of bands, hand weights, stability balls and BOSU, and your own body weight. Provides some cardio and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Golf Conditioning: Increase your core flexibility, balance and strength. BOSU , bands and medicine balls used. All levels welcome.
Cardio/Wt Room: Designed for those with little or no exercise experience . Varied exercises using strength machines and hand weights. Improve Balance, strength. For everyone!
Pilates: Develop abdominal and torso strength, improved posture, flexibility and balance. All levels welcome.
Yoga: Train your body inside and out. Increase energy and flexibility. Relieve stress. Improve body alignment. All levels welcome.
